Meeting called to order at 9:10 am.

A motion was made by Andrew to accept the February 27, 2009 meeting minutes. Seconded by Rick. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the ARC requests for 701 Piermont, 5418 Highcroft Drive & 703 Piermont. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the ARC Guidelines and seconded by Rick. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the swim team schedule as proposed and seconded by Rick. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to order two Maxim 20114 CDRT lights for $391.88 each for the entrance and seconded by Rick. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the berm repairs by Mutch Landscaping in the amount of $4,050 Seconded by Rick. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to have Mutch Landscping drop the dead tree in the common area behind 5604 Highcroft. Seconded by Rick.
A motion was made to adjourn meeting Andy, seconded by Rick.
The meeting was adjourned by Terri at 9:55 am.
