HOA Board of Directors Meeting Minutes from Dec 18, 2009

Meeting called to order by Mal at 9:17 am

Members Present: Terri Nelson, Mal Shah & Andy Sentgeorge
Members absent: Andrew Moriarty & Michael Ovsievsky

A motion was made by Terri to approve the October 16, 2009 & November 9, 2009 meeting minutes. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mal to write off balances of $525.22 and $656.10 to bad debt. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried

A motion was made by Mal to approve the November 2009 financials, seconded by Terri. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Andy to approve pool cover in the amount of $11,475.00, seconded by Terri. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mal to approve contract for Fosters, seconded by Andy. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mal to adjourn the meeting at 10:10 am. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried.
