October 16, 2009 Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by Terri at 9:09 am

Members Present: Terri Nelson, Mal Shah & Rick Reichardt
Members absent: Andrew Moriarty & Andy Sentgeorge

Others in attendance: Scott Flor & Andrew Brown (American Pool) & Barbara Alcott with Hammerhead Pools

Homeowners present: n/a

A motion was made by Mal to accept the September 18, 2009 meeting minutes. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mal to approve the request for 237 Candia Lane & 330 Millsfield. Seconded by Rick. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Terri to have Andrew Moriarty to review and make decision on behalf of the Board of Directors regarding the expressway and seconded by Rick. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mal to approve the $520 per year assessment for 2010, seconded by Terri. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Rick to adjourn the meeting at 11.05 am. Seconded by Mal. Motion carried.
