Meeting called to order by Mal at 8:05 a.m.

Members Present: Terri Nelson, Mal Shah, Michael Ovsievsky, Andrew Moriarty & Andy Sentgeorge
Members absent: n/a
Others in attendance: Debbie Haynes, Omega Management

Homeowners present: n/a

A motion was made by Terri to approve the December 18, 2010 meeting minutes. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mal to approve the December 2009 financials. Seconded by Michael. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Andrew to remove the tree behind Tamworth near the wet pond if under $1,000. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Andrew to proceed with sidewalk repairs in the amount of $926.00. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Andrew to approve the Swim Team event on May 1, 2010. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mal to adjourn the meeting at 9:22 am. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.
