Meeting called to order by Michael at 8:09 a.m.

Members Present: Terri Nelson, Michael Ovsievsky, & Andrew Moriarty
Members absent: Andy Sentgeorge & Mal Shah
Others in attendance: Debbie Haynes, Omega Management

Homeowners present: n/a

A motion was made by Terri to approve the February 19, 2010 meeting minutes. Seconded by Michael. Motion carried.

A motion was made Michael to put the CD 12050 into a 6 month CD. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried

A motion was made by Terri to approve the February 2010 financials. Seconded by Andrew. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Terri to approve the request for 1120 Tamworth, seconded by Michael. Motion carried.

A motion was mad by Michael to approve the swim team schedule, seconded by Andrew. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Andrew to appoint Roxanne Marsh to ARC committee. Seconded by Michael. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Terri to approve the pool rules, seconded by Michael. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Andrew to approve the $242.00 for the Millsfield pond plantings. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Michael to not file an objection to the DOT taking complaint recently received. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Terri to adjourn the meeting at 8:37 am. Seconded by Michael. Motion carried.
