May 21, 2010

Meeting called to order by Mal Shah at 8:06 am

Members Present: Mal Shah, Andy Sentgeorge, & Andrew Moriarty
Members absent: Michael Ovsievsky & Terri Melcher Nelson
Others in attendance: Debbie Haynes, Omega Management

Homeowners present: n/a

A motion was made by Andrew to approve the April 30, 2010 meeting minutes. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Andy to approve the April 2010 financials. Seconded by Mal. Motion carried.

A motion was made Andrew to approve the architectural requests for 306 Millsfield, 803 Landuff, 805 Landuff and 1126 Tamworth, seconded by Mal. Motion carried

A motion was made by Andrew to authorize the Agency Agreement with the Cary, Police Department, second by Andy. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Andy to remove the dead tree next to 5015 Sears Farm for $650, seconded by Mal. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Mal to adjourn the meeting at 9:39am. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.
