Meeting called to order by Mal Shah at 8:06 am
Members Present: Mal Shah, Terri Melcher Nelson, Andy Sentgeorge, Michael Ovsievsky, & Andrew Moriarty

Others in attendance: Debbie Haynes, Omega Management,
Homeowners present: Anne Gomes, Sally Walczak
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the May 21, 2010 meeting minutes. Seconded by Mal. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Michael to approve having an adult swim night after Swim Team season is over, seconded by Mal. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the May 2010 financials. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Michael to approve the deck repair proposal, seconded by Mal. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andy to adjourn the meeting at 9:12 am. Seconded by Andrew. Motion carried.
