Meeting called to order at 8:10 pm.
Members Present: Terri Nelson, Mal Shah, Andrew Moriarty & Andy Sentgeorge
Members Absent: Paul Palonsky
A motion was made by Mal Shah for the following terms and Board positions:
Terri Nelson – President
Mal Shah – Vice President – 3 year term
Andrew Moriarty – Treasurer
Andy Sentgeorge – Secretary – 2 year term
Paul Palonsky – Member at Large
Motion seconded by Andrew Moriarty. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned by Terri at 8:15 pm.
