A motion was made by Mal to accept the April 17, 2009 meeting minutes. Seconded by Rick. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the architectural request for 506 Gilmanton as submitted on April 23, 2009. Seconded by Mal. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve ARC request for 326 Millsfield. Seconded by Rick. Motion carried
A motion was made by Andrew to approve 5707 Highcroft ARC request. Seconded by Rick. Motion carried
A motion was made by Andrew to approve 507 Gilmanton ARC request. Seconded by Rick. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mal to proceed with sending three owners to the attorney for collection. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried.
A motion was made to approve Fosters Pond Management Contract, the repairs at Candia and wet ponds and cat tail removal as well as the inspection for the Town of Cary in the amount of $4,800 by Mal, seconded by Rick. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned by Terri at 10:10 AM.
