Meeting called to order by Terri Nelson at 9:07 AM

A motion was made by Mal to accept the May 15, 2009 meeting minutes as amended. Seconded by Andrew. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the repair for the water fountains at the pool, seconded by Andy. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Rick to not approve extending the Swim Team to 1:00 pm on Saturday. Seconded by Andrew. Motion carried.
Motion was amended by Rick to authorize Swim Team to meet on Sunday from 8-10 am. Seconded by Andy. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andy to authorize hot dogs to be sold by Lisa Roberson outside the pool area for a 30-day trial period with the stipulation they add Highcroft as additional insured on their policy & provide copy to the HOA. Seconded by Andrew. Motion carried 4 approved, 1 disapproved.
