MINUTES
August 6, 2010
Meeting called to order by Mal Shah at 8:11 am
Members Present: Mal Shah, Terri Melcher-Nelson, & Michael Ovsievsky
Members absent: Andrew Moriarty & Andy Sentgeorge
Others in attendance: Debbie Haynes & Stacy Lumpkin, Omega Management
Homeowners present: James Dixon, Anne Gomes, Kevin Combopiano & Tiffany Whittaker
James Dixon discussed installing streetscape trees in the community, solar panels for the pool and additional lighting in street.
The pool committee requested that the pool house be cleaned and painted and a taller fence along the pool.
A motion was made by Terri to approve the June 18, 2010 meeting minutes. Seconded by Michael. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mal to renew CD to 12 months, seconded by Terri Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mal to approve the June 2010 financials. Seconded by Terri. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mal to change the lock on the pump room, seconded by Michael. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terri to approve the ARC at 702 Piermont, seconded by Michael. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terri to authorize Fosters to repair and inspect the ponds, seconded by Michael. Motion carried
A motion was made by Mal to adjourn the meeting at 9:41 am. Seconded by Michael. Motion carried.
