Meeting called to order by Mal at 7:55 pm
Members Present: Terri Melcher Nelson, Mal Shah, Andrew Moriarty, Michael Ovsievsky & Christine Qubeck
Others in attendance: Debbie Haynes, Omega Management
A motion was made by Mal for the following terms and Board positions:
Michael Ovsievsky President
Christine Qubeck – Vice President – 3 year term.
Andrew Moriarty – Treasurer
Mal Shah – Secretary
Terri Nelson – Member – 2 year term
Motion seconded by Andrew. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terri to proceed with tree removal behind 307 Millsfield in the amount of $1500. Seconded by Michal. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Michael to adjourn at 8:05 pm and seconded by Mal. Motion carried.
