MINUTES
October 22, 2010
Meeting called to order by Mal Shah at 8:05 am
Members Present: Mal Shah, Terri Melcher-Nelson, Andy Sentgeorge & Andrew Moriarty
Members absent: Michael Ovsievsky
Others in attendance: Debbie Haynes, Omega Management, Scott Flor (American Pool) & Anne Gomes
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 am by Mal
Scott Flor from American Pool presented resurfacing the pool and it was tabled until the next meeting.
Anne Gomes discussed the possibility of remodeling the restrooms and wants more detailed and discussions in the minutes. The pool committee is concerned about the service of American Pool and they will be present a letter to send to the pool company.
A motion was made by Andrew to approve the September 17, 2010 minutes seconded by Terri. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Andy to approve the November 2010 financials with changes, seconded by Terri. Motion carried.
A motion was made by to approve the 2011 Landscaping Contract with Mutch Landscaping by Andrew, seconded by Andy. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:35 am.
